She was predeceased by: her parents, Millard Dyer and Bonnell Dyer (Jarrard); and her husband Leroy Winn. She is survived by: her siblings-in-law, Kenneth Winn (Beth) of Wilson Community and Patricia Winn of Okmulgee; and her stepson Jon Paul Winn of Phnom Penh, Cambodia.. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
