She was predeceased by: her parents, James Richard and Lessie Mae Welch (Bennett); her husband Loyd Leon Lee; her son Michael Leon Lee; and her siblings, Jim Welch, Bill Welch and Belva Ruth.
She is survived by: her daughter Gwendolyn Dian Pense (Virgil) of Webbers Falls; her grandchildren, Stacy Pense, Shay Spradley (Don), Rachael Garner (Jason), Kyle Pense (Kourtnee) and Adam Pense (Corinne); and her sisters, Pearl Smith and Silvia Jackson. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the Cornerstone Funeral Home & Crematory (1830 N York St, Muskogee, OK 74403). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Memorial Park Cemetery (7600 Old Taft Rd, Muskogee, OK 74401).
