He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Horn and Edna Horn (Pigeon); and his siblings-in-law, Earl Andrews and Teresa Horn. He is survived by: his wife Glenda Joan Balentine; his children, Kathy Haas (Philip), Kevin Horn (Marcy) and Stacey Hebb (Randy); his granddaughter Reagan Haas (Wyatt Donnelly-Landolt); his great grandchild Theodore Haas; and his grandchildren, Austin Hebb (Fallon Kelley), Olivia Mattos (Davi Mattos), Tate Hebb (Jordan Hayes) and Lane Horn. He is also survived by beautiful children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
