He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Willie Ray, Juanita and Vestal Jordan. He is survived by: his wife Geralyn; his daughters, Lexie of Muskogee, OK and Megan Collins of Muskogee, OK; his parents, Jerry Collins and Cheryl Collins of Muskogee, OK; his siblings, Michelle Johnson (Kent) of Wagoner, OK, Brian Pinkston (Whitney) of Van Buren, AR, Keith Collins of Muskogee, OK and Casey Collins of Muskogee, OK; and his nieces and nephews, Kody Johnson, Skyler Pinkston, Grant Pinkston, Kennedy Pinkston, Brynlee Pinkston, Paige Collins and Rylie Collins.
