He was predeceased by: his siblings, Clarice and Kevin Chapman; his parents, Preston Haliburton and Annie Sue [Eddings] Haliburton; and his wife Marilyn Morallas Cosby.
He is survived by: his siblings, C. J., Mary Ann and Raymond; his children, Suzelle Coward (Harry, Jr.) of Lake Charles, LA, Toni Hakim of Ft. Washington, MD, Shawn Cosby of Hayes, VA and Marvin Cosby of Tampa, FL; his grandchildren, Harry James Paul, Na'Feeah Grace Cosby, Devin Hunter, Anika Alcindor, Shawna Cosby and Sidney Cosby; and his aunt Ida. He is also survived by nieces, nephews other relatives.
