She was predeceased by: her father Michael James Smith; and her grandmother Sue Smith. She is survived by: her mother Martha Jo Smith (Hinkle); her siblings, Jason Smith (Carol), Jonathan Smith and Jami Holmes (Michael); her grandfather James Smith; and her close friend Kelsey Rohr. She is also survived by many other family members and friends.
