He was predeceased by: his parents, Gene Watkins and Ella Watkins (Roberts); his wife Pauline Byfield; his sons, Jimmy Wayne and Dwayne Edward Watkins; and his siblings, Dorothy Black, Louise Walden and Billy Gene Watkins.
He is survived by: his daughter Paula Watkins White; his grandchildren, Lori White of Muskogee, Lisa Ward (Ryan) of Glenpool, Garey Blake White of Muskogee, Beth Hall (Blake) of McKinney, Brooke Brann (Jimmy) of Tulsa and Emily Drake (Jon) of Elgin; and his close friends, Garey White and Charles Henderson. He is also survived by twenty great-grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren.
