She is survived by: her fiancé Ronald Woodworth Sr. of Muskogee; her children, Brittney De Los Santos of Muskogee, Issac De Los Santos of Stephenville, TX, Cecilia Woodworth of Muskogee and Jennifer Horton of Muskogee; her sister Tricia Campbell of Hugo, OK; her grandchildren, Silas Horton, Masion Benjamin, Evelyn Tackett and Asher Tackett; and her son-in-law William Tackett of Muskogee. She is also survived by other family members and friends.
