He is survived by: his mother Sharon Kay Sacks (Pathkiller) of Muldrow; his wife Melissa Dawn Gambler; his daughters, Melissa Kay Sacks and Cherokee Lynn Sacks; and his siblings, Charley Sacks of Warner, Curtis Sacks of Kansas, Melvin Sacks, Raymond Sacks of Iowa, James Pathkiller of Sallisaw, Anthony Sacks of Tulsa, Jackie Wiedel of Tulsa, Sharron Sacks of Altus, Linda Sacks of California, Casey Sacks of Muldrow and Lorraine Sacks of Tulsa. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
