Dolores I. Phillips Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Dolores I. Phillips (Muskogee, Oklahoma), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 9, 2025 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Dolores may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Dolores touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Belknap and Dolores Evalena Kauahquo (Crow); her son Tommy Dean Walker; and her grandson Nathan Watkins. She is survived by: her daughter Diana Walker; her son-in-law David Resko; her sisters, Sandra Williamson and Susan Tabb; and her close friend Lynn Frazier. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
A memorial service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Cornerstone Funeral Home Chapel (1830 N York St, Muskogee, OK 74403).
