Scoggins (Purser); his wife Mary "Marcia" Scoggins; his daughter Katherine Freeman; his siblings, Jim, Ray, Edna Geneva Chambers and Mary Armstrong; his nephews, Bobby Lee Scoggins and Frank Scoggins; and his siblings-in-law, Charlie Chambers, Willis Armstrong and Ruth Scoggins.
He is survived by: his granddaughter Courtney Tabor (Danny); his great grandchildren, Colby, Brandon, Dawson and Jackson of Wagoner, OK; and his sister Jo Collier (David) of Muskogee, OK.
