With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cecelia Wooliver (Muskogee, Oklahoma), who passed away on October 6, 2021 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruby McDaniel (Hughart) and Billy Applegate; her daughter Rachel Goodson; and her grandson Matthew Goodson. She is survived by: her husband James Wooliver; her children, Heather Ross, Michael Wooliver (Melissa) and James Wooliver Jr. (Stephanie); her siblings, Susie Clark, Sweetie Goad, Marla Dalton and Billy Applegate; and her grandchildren, Ashton, Zachary, Alexis, Mickey, Beth, Johnny and Katelin. She is also survived by many great grandchildren.
