He was predeceased by: his parents, William E. Ivey (Bill) and Donna Ivey (Phillips); his son Timothy Ivey; and his sisters, Mary Goad, Peggy Hodges and Dolores Phillips.
He is survived by: his son Jeff Ivey (Tammy) of Vinita; his grandsons, Cory Ivey of Muskogee and Josh Ivey of Wichita, Kansas; his great grandchild Max Ivey of Muskogee; and his daughter-in-law Kathy Ivey of Okmulgee.
