With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Barbara Ann Kidd of Muskogee, Oklahoma, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Barbara Ann left this world on December 29, 2024 at the age of 74, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Barbara Ann may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Littleton Earl and Eunice Mae Kidd (Jackson); and her brother Earl Allen Kidd. She is survived by: her siblings, Sandra Sharp (Jim) of Muskogee, Kenneth Kidd (Jessie) of Muskogee, Terry Kidd of Muskogee, Beverly Rodgers (Eldon) of Muskogee and Gary Kidd of Muskogee; and her sister-in-law Ann Kidd. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, other family members, and lots of friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Cornerstone Funeral Home & Crematory (1830 N York St, Muskogee, OK 74403). A celebration of life was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Grandview Baptist Church (3608 S Cherokee Dr, Muskogee, OK 74403). A burial was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Resthaven Cemetery.
