He was predeceased by: his parents, Jay and Helen; and his siblings, Susie and Jerry. He is survived by: his wife Mary; his daughter Rebekah; his husband Frank Cunningham; his children, James Spaulding, Kayla Spaulding, Luke Spaulding and Cassidy Spaulding; his sister Norma "Jeanie" Clark; and also, Kristin Cunningham, Sarah Cunningham and Ty Cunningham. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
