With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Amiaziah Bookout (Muldrow, Oklahoma), who passed away on May 14, 2018 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his daughters, Rachel Burnett of Muldrow, OK and Beth Smith of Shelbyville, IN; and his siblings, Bruce Bookout of Caruthersville, MO, Kirk Bookout of Atlanta, GA, Mary Jo Russell of Roland, OK and Jerry Russell of Texas. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, and thirteen great-grandchildren.
