He was predeceased by: his parents, Lou Vennie Lewis (Lee) and Elzie Lewis; his wife Nora Mae Lewis (Farmer); and his siblings, Ruby Labass, Tinnie Mae Faulkner, Dorothy Gilkey, Robert, Bud, E. J. Lewis, Hubert Lewis, Ted Lewis and Fred Lewis.
He is survived by: his daughter Nora Jean; his son-in-law Tommy Treat of Muldrow, OK; his grandchildren, Tammy Treat-Hall (Roy) of Muldrow, OK and Steve Treat (Susan) of Fort Smith, AR; and his great grandchildren, Justin Hall, Brittany of Tampa, FL, Hunter Hall of Muldrow, OK, Shawn Treat-Reeves, Matt of Fort Smith, AR and Collin Treat of Fort Smith, AR. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
