She was predeceased by: her husband Clyde Blake; her grandson Joshua Raymond Blake; and her brother Aubrey Middleton. She is survived by: her daughter Stacey; her children-in-law, Melvin DuVaul of Redland, OK and Donna Blake of Redland, OK; her grandchildren, Shawna Blake of Pocola, OK, Andy Blake of Barling, AR and Joe DuVaul of Redland, OK; her siblings, Brenda Moses of Redland, OK and Burley Middleton of Sallisaw, OK; and her close friends, Gloria Faye Merrill, Janie Risenhoover, Lou Owens and Gail Walters. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins, other relatives.
