She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilma Louise Smith (Holt) and Leroy. She is survived by: her husband Dennis Jeremiah; her sisters, Deanna Jones (Eddie) and Louise Lasiter (Clayton); her nieces and nephews, Jerad Lasiter, Jeremy Newton, Kasi Newton, Scott Winstead, Shawn Rogers and Emily Werner; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Elias Olmstead, Jacob Lasiter, Dakota Lasiter, Grey Werner, Wells Werner, Randa Winstead and Raelea Winstead; her aunts and uncles, Kenneth Holt of Sallisaw, OK, Buster Smith of Sallisaw, OK, Georgia Robison of Roland, OK and Hazel Long of Sallisaw, OK; her mother-in-law Elizabeth Jeremiah of Roland, OK; and her siblings-in-law, Donna Winstead (Randy) and David Jeremiah (Kathy). She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the Agent Mallory Martin Chapel (904 E Shawntel Smith Blvd, Muldrow, OK 74948). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM. A burial was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at the Liberty Cemetery.
