She is survived by: her husband Hubert Smith; her children, Samantha Dotson (Daniel) and Tony Smith (Jackie Lewis); her grandchildren, Crystal Sevenstar (Jerome), Brittany Chatham (Josh), Tristen Smith, Bayle Dotson, Rylee Smith, Ryker Smith and Aimie Salisbury; her great grandchildren, Gage, Bentley, Teagan, Jace, Brecken, Lyric, Nevaeh and Edward; her mother Betty Baylis of Florida; and her siblings, Jill Coleman (Roger), Tina Baylis of Florida, Terry Baylis of Decatur and George Baylis of Colorado. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Praise Temple Outreach Church (104428 S 4730 Rd, Muldrow, OK 74948).
