We are sad to announce that on March 5, 2019, at the age of 57, Sandra Jane Douglas (Muldrow, Oklahoma), born in Ozark, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Harold Pruitt and Betty Jane Shaw Pruitt; her children, John Douglas of Muldrow, Leah Rogers of Ozark, Sara Douglas Reames of Ozark and Kristen Douglas of Magazine; and her brother Johnny Pruitt of Ozark. She was also cherished by thirteen grandchildren.
