He is survived by: his wife Karen Denise Ford (Moore); his children, Barbara Bahn of Muldrow, OK and Robert Dale Ford, III (Marie); his grandchildren, Amanda Pickett (Christopher), Derek Ford and Jazmine Ford; and his great grandchildren, Blaze and Mason. He is also survived by several other relatives and friends.
