She was predeceased by: her son Ricky Vaughan; her husband Calvin Vaughan; her former husband Jack Cody; and her granddaughter Kimberly Vaughan. She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Margie Vaughan of Muldrow, OK; her grandchildren, Tracy Brackett of Muldrow, OK and Ashley (Daleana Vaughan) of Ft. Smith, AR; her great grandchildren, Cory Brackett, Courtney Brackett, Grant Vaughan, Blake Vaughan and Nevaeh Brooke; and her siblings, Vera Palmer of Charleston, AR, Vergie Frasier of Muldrow, OK and Amos Brassfield of Sallisaw, OK. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
