She was predeceased by: her father Homer Gordon Horn; her grandparents, Levi, Ora Mae Hinkle, Homer and Clara Horn; her aunt Maxine Moore; her uncles, Johnny Hinkle and Donald "Don" Hinkle; and her brother-in-law Todd Gregg.
She is survived by: her mother Wanda Leigh Farmer (Hinkle); her son Steven Dewayne Horn (Michelle); her siblings, Danny Farmer of Fort Smith, AR, Laura Gregg of Oklahoma City, OK and Robbie Green of Van Buren, AR; and her grandchildren, Blaise Matthew Horn of Roland, OK, Jase Dewayne Horn of Roland, OK and Kaitlynne. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.
