He was predeceased by: his siblings, Susie Anderson, Tommy Freeman and Charles Thompson. He is survived by: his children, Jerry Thompson Jr. of Muldrow, OK, Dustie Gregg of Fort Smith, AR and Rhonda McIntyre of Fort Smith, AR; and his sisters, Shirlene Stephens of Roland, OK, Joyce Waltermire of Sallisaw, OK and Janet Shaw of Vinita, OK. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, and 5 great-grandchildren.
