He was predeceased by: his mother Jo Ann Mooney (Walters). He is survived by: his sons, Hunter Mooney of Bixby, OK, Dillon Mooney of Tulsa, OK and Blaine Lee Mooney; his grandchildren, Hadleigh Mooney, Tucker Mooney and Karlie; his father Eugene Mooney of Muldrow, OK; and his brother Vance Mooney of Muldrow, OK. He is also survived by several other relatives and friends.
