He is survived by: his wife Crystal Smiley (Overton); his children, Jeanie Potter of Odessa, Texas, Loki Blaze of Fort Smith, Reno Smiley of Siloam Springs, John Smiley of Texas, Charlie Smiley of Texas, Harrell Smiley, II of Texas, Chris Smiley of Texas and William JoeRay Smiley of Texas; and his brother Bobby Smiley of Texas.
