He was predeceased by: his parents, Vera Eva O'Neal (Rogers) and Austin Percy O'Neal. He is survived by: his wife Carol O'Neal (Moss); his children, Christy O'Neal of Roland, OK and Greg O'Neal (Lisa); his grandchildren, Tyler Wilson of Denver, Miranda O'Neal of Roland, OK and Austin O'Neal of Roland, OK; his brother Kenneth O'Neal (Sandra); and his nephews, Kendall O'Neal and Ryan O'Neal.
Viewing will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Agent Mallory Martin Chapel (904 E Shawntel Smith Blvd, Muldrow, OK 74948). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Living Water Fellowship Church (805 Taylor Dr, Roland, OK 74954).
