It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Randell Vernon Hays in Moyers, Oklahoma, who passed away on September 19, 2023, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Hays and Stella Hays; and his siblings, Merlin Hays and Leta Burriss. He is survived by: his children, April Curtis (Tim) of Roff, Broc Hays (Tiffany) of Tulsa and Samantha Herrmann (Cole) of Sulphur; his former wife Jackie Hays of Sulphur; his sisters, Nellie Hays Parks of Hanford and Trena Hays; and his grandchildren, Madison, Kensingtyn, Payton Curtis, Emily, Braxton, Brody, Benjamin Hays, Cash and Clara Herrmann.
