She was predeceased by: her parents, Mike Emery and Beulah Emery (Martin); and her brothers, Herbert Emery and Ronald Ray Emery. She is survived by: her husband Naval; her children, Harold Melton (Peggy) and Teresa Kellett (Billy); her stepchildren, Bill Stanford, Radford Stanford and Lavonne Stanford; and her brother Michael Emery (Sonja). She is also survived by seven grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren.
