She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Turney (Mitch) of Weatherford, OK; her siblings, Debbie Alt, Gail Alt of Oceanside, CA and Carl Worsham of Apple, CA.; her grandchildren, Brandon, Jessica, Krystal (Brad) and Ryan (Krystin); and her great grandchildren, Chandler, Braxton, Addie, Paisley, Alivia, Bryanna, Liam and Chase.
