He is survived by: his wife Fay Kelley; his daughters, Shelly and Kelley Hilburn (Neal Hobbs); his granddaughters, Lori Heller (Dallon) and Jessica Sanders (Jerret); his great grandchildren, Grady Heller and Gentry Sanders; and his siblings, C. L. Parks, Howard Parks and Peggy Turnbull.
