She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Victory and Grace Withrow; her husband Melvin Howell; and her siblings, Geneva Taylor, Cleo Thomason, Billie Ruth Carter, Jackie Dale and Rex Victory.
She is survived by: her children, Gloria Blanchard (Howell) of Mounds and David Howell of Mounds; her grandsons, Eric Blanchard (Kelly) of Haskell and Darren Blanchard of Mounds; her great grandchildren, Paisley, Nash and Wyatt Blanchard of Haskell; and her sister Wanda Victory Morton of Chouteau.
