He is survived by: his wife Carolyn "Duke" Frank; his sister RuthAnn George of Wichita, Kansas; his children, Jeff Frank of Morrison, Jan (Gary Lesh) of Perry, Joe (Rochelle Frank) of Morrison and Rebecca "Becky" (Richard Denton) of Stamford Connecticut; his grandchildren, Jennifer Christian, Jackie (Stephanie Frank), Jason (Danielle Lesh), Jared Lesh, Erika, Jamin (Megan Lesh), Joel Lesh, Jenna Lesh and Jordan (Katie Lesh); his great grandchildren, Wyatt (Katie Christian), Raylee Christian, Daden Christian, Dayla Christian, Taygen Jo Frank, Jackson Frank, Jillian Frank, Jake Frank, Josie Frank, Jayci Frank, Carson Stokes, Gunnar Lesh, Cannon Lesh, Jake Lesh, Mattie Ward, Jensen Lesh and Canton Matlock; and his great great grandchild Ryder Christian.
