He was predeceased by: his parents, Theo Lawerence and Tressie May Guinn (Webb); his wife Delores Guinn; his brother Jim Guinn; his son Thomas Guinn; his grandson Brent Guinn; his stepson Weldon Eikenbary; and his stepgrandson John Shay.
He is survived by: his former wife Frances D. Swor; his siblings, Kenny (Joan Guinn) of Iowa and Sue Mitchell of Arkansas; his children, Timothy (Maryland Guinn) of Claremore, Terry (Lori Guinn) of Enid and Shelly (Russel) of Stillwater; his daughter-in-law Cindy Guinn of Tuttle; and his stepchildren, Pamela Guenther, Chris Bone of Texas, Terry Shay and Dale Eikenbary of Stillwater. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
