He is survived by: his father Wendall Haworth, Sr.; his stepmother Carolyn Haworth; his siblings, Wade Haworth (Becky) and Kara Kuhlman (Tim); his stepsiblings, Tracey Milling (Jimmy), Bryan Stevens (Lisa) and Grant Stevens; his nieces and nephews, Chris Fox, Cassady Crocker, Jesse Richel, Katie Thorman, Taylor Armstrong, Alison Brent, Adam Milling, Kayla Stevens, Aaron Milling and Shelby Stevens; his aunt Louise Moore (Don); and his uncle Keith Haworth (Karen).
