She was predeceased by: her mother Mildred Jewell; her husband Joseph Leon Ast Sr.; her father John Patterson Jewell; and her siblings, Dale Jewell, Duanne Jewell, Edith Ruby, Bonnie Parchman, Betty Jewell and Lola Blake.
She is survived by: her children, Ray Butler (Carolyn), Linda Mckee, Leon Joseph Ast, Jr. (Michelle), Brenda Drabenstott (Tony), Denise Noonkester, Judy Shanks, Cindy Lane, Debbie McDaniel (Terry), Charles Butler, Donald Ast, Mickey Green and Patrica Ast. She is also survived by 32 grandchildren; 56 great grandchildren; and 14 great-great grandchildren, and multiple nieces and nephews.
