He is survived by: his siblings, Monroe Bailey and Loretta Cammack; his sons, Richard (Jo Linda Bailey) of Morris, Roy (Renee Bailey) of Morris, Russell (Trisha Bailey) of Morris and Ralph (Yonda Bailey) of Broken Arrow; his grandchildren, Holly (Andrew Deubel), Austin (Carrie Bailey), James (Jalynda Bailey) of Morris, Kendyl (Eric Gray) of Okmulgee, Cassidy (Jacob Looney) of Ponca City, Morgan Bailey of Okmulgee and Dustin Bailey of Broken Arrow; and his great grandchildren, Abigail, Olivia Deubel, Saige, Lilly, Amelia Bailey, Samantha, Henry, Charlotte Bailey and Case Gray.
