He was predeceased by: his parents, Cleatus "Jack" Norris and Iva Lou Norris (Dearman). He is survived by: his wife Pam; his children, Blake Norris (Christy) of Oklahoma City and Nichelle Norris of Morris; his brother Jack Norris; his parents-in-law, Cleo and Bobby Joe Swayze; his brothers-in-law, Bobby and Danny Swayze; his niece Angela Mixon; and his grandchildren, Brayden, Joshua, Kameron, Haley, Micah, Bentley, Cloe and Zain.
