He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Booker and Hazel Booker (Croslin); his father-in-law Leo Marquardt; his siblings, Genine Brown, Anthony, Robert, Jackie, Doyle and John Booker (Dewayne); and his great grandchild Kaydence Golightly.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Booker; his children, Phil Booker (Ruby) of Bixby and Cindi Golightly (Wayne) of Morris; his grandchildren, Duston Golightly (Lindsey) of Morris, Brooks Booker of Tulsa, Jamie Golightly (Wesley Steph) of Okmulgee and Desiree Hall (Brook) of Tulsa; his great grandchildren, Jaiden, Jasey, Leighton, Ryan and Abel; and his siblings, Linda Osburn (Henry) of Preston, Darlene Ray (Delbert) of Preston, Joyce Cash (Ed) of Texas, Bernice Snelson (Bob) of Preston and Paul Booker. He is also survived by children and grandchildren.
