She was predeceased by: her parents, Mitchel Jack and Louma Jack (Pigeon); and her son Chance Jack. She is survived by: her daughters, Rebecca Hart of Morris and Lorie Hart of Broken Arrow; her grandchildren, Pyper Williams, Zoey Williams, Lydia Arredondo, Payden Parnell, Slayte Parnell, Adi Parnell, Bailen Parnell, Alchemy Thompson and Dalton Thompson, Jr.; and her sister Leann Jack of Hanna. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
