He is survived by: his father Leonard Smith, Jr. of Locust Grove, Oklahoma; his wife Valerie Collins; his children, Charles Collins (Leigh) and Kaci Higgins (Paul); his grandchildren, Kyasha Higgins, Morgan Runyon and Izabellea Collins; his siblings, Mark Smith (Stephanie) of Locust Grove, Oklahoma and Terry McCarter; his uncles, Steve Garrison and Raymond Garrison; his nephew Cian Smith; and his brother J. D. Wyzard.
