He was predeceased by: his parents, Harrison Clark "Sevear" and Mary Viller Humphrey (Fitch); his siblings, Roy Humphrey and Bernice Prater; his nephew Randy Waller; and his sisters-in-law, Anna Lee Cagle and Joyce Buie.
He is survived by: his wife Robbie Faye Cagle; his sons, Rocky Humphrey (Christie) and Mark Humphrey (Lori); his grandchildren, Shawn Guthrie (Carlene), Joshua Humphrey, Levi Humphrey, Colt Humphrey and Ryan Humphrey (Shannon); his great grandchild Bailey; his grandchildren, Caylee, Teygan, Maddox, Kynslie, Kyleigh, Elizabeth, Braden, Daxton and Macie; and his brothers-in-law, Melvin and David Buie.
