He is survived by: his parents, James Gordon Dixon, Sr. and Glenda Dixon (Walters); his wife Cathy Dixon; his sons, Brad Dixon (Megan) and Jonathan Dixon; and his siblings, Clint Dixon (Carolyn), Carmen Tidwell (Mike) and Floyd Dixon (Cheri). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
