She was predeceased by: her parents, Lindsey Arnold Boles and Reba Nell Watson; her stepfather John Butler; and her daughter Angel Cauble. She is survived by: her sister Edna Faye Wilson of Deland, FL; her children, Kathryn Dee Ann Cauble of Pryor, OK and Brian S. Blankenship; her daughter-in-law Kelly A. Blankenship of Aubrey, TX; and her grandchildren, Kelsey S. Wannall, Morgan A. Blankenship and Johnnie "Bubba" Moreau.
