He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Watkins and Helen Watkins of Morris, Oklahoma.; his wife Jeanette Watkins; and his son Brian Watkins. He is survived by: his children, Debby Blair (James) of Claremore, Oklahoma, Cindy Beavers (Rick) of Glencoe, Oklahoma, Keith Duke (Janice) of Bartlesville and Denise Oaks (Austin) of Jacksonville, Florida.; and his sister Darlene Bell (Gary) of Bixby, Oklahoma. He is also survived by several grandchildren; and a host of relatives.
