She was predeceased by: her parents, Grace Lane Lewis (Ritchey) and Richard Earl Lewis of Morris; her siblings, Richard Wayne Lewis and Marilyn Jean Middleton (Lewis); and her brother-in-law Lawrence Ray Middleton.
Viewing was held on Sunday, November 3rd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the McClendon-Winters Funeral Home - Okmulgee (303 E 7th St, Okmulgee, OK 74447). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Trinity Baptist Church of Morris (830 W Ozark St, Morris, OK 74445).
