He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Hatley and Gladys Hatley; and his siblings, Edward Hatley, Lois Cope, Vida Hatley and Barbara Scott.
He is survived by: his wife Debbie Hatley; his children, Richard Hatley and Becki Harvey (Billy); his grandchildren, Ashley Stewart (Kameron), Kasey Wagnon, Kaitlyn Hatley, Jordan Harvey and Blane Harvey (Katlyn); his great grandchildren, Taytum Stewart, Drew Harvey, Koda Factor, Haddie Factor, Gentry Harvey and Bentley Harvey; and his sisters, Linda Crawford and Donna Smith.
