She is survived by : her former life partner Dale William Percival; her husband Clayton Lewis Milledge; her sons, Ronald Milledge (Marie) of Pauls Valley and Larry Milledge (Gayla) of Waynoka; her stepson Lewis Milledge (Debbie) of Waynoka; and her grandchildren, Eric Milledge (Stephanie) of Glasgow, KY, Emily Smith-Dunn of Waynoka, Joshua Milledge (Courtney) of Newcastle, Rebecca Underwood (Gary) of Muskogee, Mark Martinez (Miranda) of Enid, Matthew Milledge (Anna) of Waynoka, Autumn Gulliford (Trent) of Fairview, Lori Robinson (Jay) of Wellington, Scott Percival and Amber of Wichita. She is also survived by Sixteen great grandchildren and eight great great grandchildren.
