Tawana Ruth Lewis Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tawana Ruth Lewis (Mooreland, Oklahoma), who passed away on November 3, 2018, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband John; and her siblings, Wanda, Lena, M. D. "Buster" and Mike.

She is survived by : her parents, Wilma Richardson (Caudle) and John Richardson; her sons, Glenn Lewis (Pam) and Tim Lewis (Julie); her great grandchildren, Riley, Lily and Lucy; and her siblings, Leoma, Shirley, Johnny, Laverne and Ronnie. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and extended family.

Ruth passed from her life on earth to her eternal home on Saturday, November 3, 2018 following a hard-fought battle with Alzheimer's disease.
